DESCRIPTION
ECQ-DM03 is a DOT matrix LED display with a modern interface. This model is used for single counter operation or as a slave display to the master queue display that indicates the token a counter is serving.
The alphabet at the beginning of the display indicates the service type and the numbers indicate the token number.
With an RS-485 connection, multiple push buttons or 16-key keypads can be connected to this display.
Uses a plug-and-use model; the system enables a ‘no-training’ requirement for operating staff.
